Builder Profile of Bella Diosa

Atlantis Construction, S.A was started by Mr. Renato Visetti who is a Swiss builder and engineer who has spent over 20 years in Dominican Republic in the construction industry building luxury mansions and ocean front estates. His experience also encompasses castle restoration, marinero development and building luxury spas. The unique feature with this builder is that he has his own school where he teaches and trains his potential workers from accepting students starting at the age of 12 – 13 to learn various trades so that the high five star quality that he looks for can be achieved when his pupils are ready and familiarized with the work for all of his projects. Atlantis Construction has their training school so they may have a wide variety of skills “in-house”, everything from construction all the way to stonework, stained-glass, metal work, furniture making etc. This enables them to build the whole project without subcontractors in the unique luxury style that can only be found in their projects.

Bella Diosa is a new challenge that Atlantis Construction has taken up. Bella Diosa will be a project that has increased their determination to go above and beyond to redefine the concept of luxury.
